Check the PDF files in SharePoint, Google Drive, Box and Canvas for accessibility, where they already live. Every document gets a PDF/UA accessibility score and a detailed report, with no downloading and re-uploading.

• Your files stay put. EqualWeb reads the documents in place and the accessible version goes back to the same library, so existing links keep working.
• Accessibility scores. Each file gets a clear 0-100 score against PDF/UA and WCAG, so you can see at a glance which documents need attention.
• Access you control. Your administrator grants the connection in your own platform, chooses its scope and can revoke it at any time. Credentials are held encrypted and used only server side.
